This is something new, even for me. I had a very fun time drawing this guy. Only problem was, how to make it look like a creepy slender guy with long arms. Though, I don't know much of this guy but He seems like a very interesting character. So, what you guys think of him?  



Note: I haven't read Batman Vol 8 & 9 yet, just saw him on the cover and that's what attracted me. So please, do not spoil anything
